Extrusion compound laminating machine enables the production of laminated products that are crucial in the manufacture of flexible packaging materials. The extrusion compound laminating machine (Extrusion coating lamination machines) is a series of machine that can make EPE sheet(or XPE sheet or EVA sheet) compound with PE color film, then laminate them to foam or non-woven fabric, aluminum foil, paper, etc. The finished product is soft and breathable, waterproof, and has bright colors and clear patterns. It is widely used in kids play mats, beach mats, floor mats, moisture-proof mats, picnic mats and so on.

Depending on the application, extrusion laminating machines can be single or tandem-extrusion machines. Single-extrusion machines utilize freshly-extruded plastics to create a film on a substrate material, while tandem extrusion machines use two different kinds of resins to make co-extrusion laminates. Both are available in a range of widths, allowing you to choose the right one for your application.

It is equipped with advanced high speed tracking roller device to provide gap and contact winding mode which can reduce the waste of materials, save more energy compared with the conventional model. It also has a double shaft-less paper roll stand that can hold 3-6 inch paper core and is easy to operate. It can also do automatic lift and makes rewinding much faster than traditional machine.

It can also equip newly designed air gap adjustable system that can change the air gap height according to line speed and ensure a stable output, coating gauge control during the production, meanwhile it can improve the quality of the film and reduce the defect such as bubbles, wrinkle. It is suitable for coating LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, EMAA, masterbatch and Metallocene resin. Its heating barrel is specially designed for corrosion resistance and has ceramic heater which provides longer lifespan and more energy saving.
